About Me

Hi, I'm Eddie.

I’m a former college journeyman who's explored a variety of majors, including sports broadcasting, English, political science, and even botany. After earning my associate's degree from Harper College, I was accepted into the University of Colorado. Although initially an accident enrolling in the Film program, it didn’t take long for me to discover my true passion as a filmmaker, eventually being selected to the school's BFA capstone program.

During my time at CU, I was nominated three times for the Virgil Grillo Award for Excellence in Filmmaking, winning twice. My filmmaking style is often self-deprecating, aiming to uncover humor in life's more depressing moments. I firmly believe that all films are, in some way, self-portraits of their creators — though sometimes, it's just a ham cheating on his ham wife.
